Yes. "Sintepon" is the common regional name for nonwoven polyester filling, while siliconized polyester fiber is its precise technical name. We manufacture exactly that: hollow, spiral-crimped, siliconized polyester fiber — what's widely sold in the region as sintepon.

The lower the denier, the softer and more premium the fiber — 1D is the softest and priciest. The higher the denier, the firmer, bulkier and more affordable it gets — 15D is the most economical.
Silicone treatment reduces friction between fibers, making them softer and less dusty. The spiral (crimped) structure lets the fiber quickly recover its shape after compression, so the finished product stays fuller for longer.
